Nintendo’s come into a spot of trouble again.

It’s actually the exact same case, but two years after the original lawsuit against their Wiimote wrist straps that were the apparent cause of said Wiimotes becoming embedded into TVs across the nation.

Most people have heard the arguments, and many have voiced their concerns against the people who would fling their Wiimotes so hard that it would actually snap the wrist strap in the first place. However, there will always be those who jump at any sign of sensationalist news, and as long as they exist, courts will be kept busy with lawsuits left, right, and center. Not to say that there isn’t a risk involved, but if everybody is sensible about their wrist-flicking with the Wiimotes, I doubt something like this would have become an issue in the first place.
