The past few days have been freezing cold and there is nothing better than warming up with a nice hot bowl of broccoli soup Ramsay style!
I use PC Soft Unripened Herbed Goat’s Milk Cheese. I love this cheese. It’s mild and the herbs add extra seasoning to your soup. It’s also a great spread for bagels or toast.

Hello,
So, I never really kept up with this blog, but here we go…
Having moved out of my parents house, I never learned how to cook Korean food from my mom and I no longer have the luxury of eating homemade Korean food. I think when most people thing of Korean food the first things that come to mind are Korean BBQ and kimchi. But, what I was craving was beyond Korean barbecue (Yes, I do crave kimchi at times!). I was craving the many side dishes like kongnamool muchim (bean sprout side dish) and soups like Doenjang chigae (bean paste tofu and vegetable stew) that make up a traditional Korean meal.

Gun egg fryers. Because every hitman should start the day off with a little sunny side up.
That is all.

Resturant Review: Sidecar January 13, 2009

Last night I had the pleasure of going to Sidecar, one of the best restaurants I’ve been to in a long time. It’s a cozy little restaurant in Little Italy, downtown Toronto. Even though it was packed to capacity, someone is always there to greet you when you come in and take your coat. I ordered the Sea Bass, which came with a side of mini potatoes and green beans and the whole thing drizzled with a delightful vinaigrette. Everything was cooked and seasoned perfectly.
