Adidas Originals pays homage to the greatest film series concept ever, Star Wars. Divided into three packs: Character Pack, Vehicle Pack and Direct pack, there is something for everyone and everything. Luke Skywalker, Darth Vader, Yoda, Storm Trooper, AT-AT, Millenium Falcon to name a few are some of the icons represented. This series is going to utilize much of the adidas line up including superstars, nizza, zx runners and the samba. I just love Star Wars, and if you do too, you should click more to see the rest of the collection.

Amazing. Toronto based clothing company, RANSOM, is collaborating with adidas originals for a collection of footwear. From what I can tell, the shoes are mainly monotone in colours and seem to have a more rugged feel to them. But that doesn’t mean they didn’t pay attention to all the details they possibly could from stitching patterns and logos. Previously, I posted the Adidas x Jeremy Scott Wings shoes from this series. Now here is a preview shoe release from Jeremy Scott and Kazuki. They both bring significantly different styles to the adidas shoes, but they both bring something interesting to the table. Gotta love the wings. Check the full post for more shoes.

2009 sees the 60th anniversary of adidas and to sum it up in one statement, they came up with this: “60 years of soles and stripes”. This quote is etched into the shoes to be released next year. This release has some remixes of the classics such as the Stan, Superstar as well as some lesser known models like the Ciero and Ecstasy.
