With almost every hero and villain from the final fantasy series (1-10), does Final Fantasy Dissidia on the Sony PSP meet the fan’s expectations or will it fall into chaos? The game was released on August 25, 2009 in North America but was released in Japan almost a year ahead on December 18, 2008. (more…)

ESRB has confirmed that Square-Enix’s Final Fantasy VII will be coming to the PS3 and PSP. There’s just one problem, it’s coming via the Playstation Network, meaning it’s port and NOT a remake like everyone is hoping for. boo.

GamersConsoleNetwork scored a big scoop this morning, pulling the first images of the PSP Go (running LittleBigPlanet) out of the latest edition of Qore, which apparently went live early.
In the video:
• Grand Turismo, LittleBigPlanet, Jak & Daxter and Metal Gear are all either confirmed or mentioned.
• The Go’s 16 gigs of flash memory and bluetooth support (“You can also tether it to your cell phone,”) are touted.
• PSP Go will not replace the PSP-3000; the 3000 will still be kept on the market.

In another strange collaboration, we see HK label Clot team up with the PSP for this exclusive M65 Jacket. This military inspired jacket is windproof and sports the Clot and PSP logo badges and pockets everywhere! Unfortunately this jacket is only available at the Asia Game Show by being the lucky winner of a draw. The Game Show goes from Dec. 19 to 22nd in Hall 1A and 1B of the Hong Kong Convention & Exhibition Centre. More After the Jump.

Apparently Gran Turismo 5 is stated to be released stateside in late 2009. Hopefully by Christmas. More tracks and more cars. I hope they really flesh out and expand on GT5 Prologue. As per usual, it will be released in Japan first, so we might find out more before it even hits our shelves. This already bad news comes with more bad news. Gran Turismo Portable for PSP won’t be released until after GT5. So … more waiting anyone ? As if it hasn’t been long enough…

This is probably one of the only games that I’m really excited about thats coming (COMING, not out already) to the PSP. Too bad there’s not enough hot girls in it thought would be nice to play as Rinoa, Tifa, Dagger or Yuna too but oh well, maybe they aren’t ready to release that yet or maybe it’ll be another game? Who knows right?
So Microsoft wasn’t able to score an exclusive from Kojima. Looks like the game is set to come out on PS3 and PC as well as the Xbox 360.
