The sequel to 2K Game’s award winning BioShock is finally almost here. BioShock 2 is set to be released on February 9, 2010 on the PS3, Xbox360 and the PC all at the same time. Although the game is not made by the original team, watching the trailer looks like these new guys have really nailed it. The game looks amazing with new powers, weapons and enemies. The biggest addition to the game will be the fact that they added in multiplayer. This section of game was developed by a Canadian developer, Digital Extremes. The game looks amazing and lets hope it lives up to all the hype and anticipation it’s been building since the teaser that was shown back in October of 2008.

One of the biggest games for any console or PC this year is of course Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2. Infinity Ward’s sixth addition to the Call of Duty franchise, and second in the ever popular Modern Warfare series. This game has gained a lot of buzz and hype and this……is my review.

For those who don’t know the first No More Heroes, which was exclusive to the Nintendo Wii, now has found its way to the HD consoles. That’s right No More Heroes: Heroes Paradise, is the original game but coming to HD on both the xBox 360 and the PS3. Sounds exciting. Lets hope they fix some of the problems that was wrong with the first one or add in some more side missions and mini games from the second one or something.

Taylor Swift finally debuts in a video game and the game she shows up in is Activision’s BAND HERO, which is due to come out this fall on the 3 console. What’s Band Hero you ask? Well to get games like Singstar a run for their money, Activision brings out Band Hero to target family. Yes, Activision is going after your children now to suck them into the music instrument genre games. This game will be facing off with Harmonix’s LEGO Rock Band. So yeah, let’s see how it goes.
Possible Modern Warfare 2 Box Art? July 9, 2009

Since the game comes out in November and the box isn’t exactly what developers should be thinking about right now, this is most likely a demo box for stores like GameStop to put up on the shelves to help build hype for the game.
What I’m surprised about is that they are still using the “Call of Duty” name as part of the title, see how in the teaser trailer those 3 words didn’t even exist.

No More No More Heroes on Wii July 7, 2009

Despite being the current market leader with more than 51 million units sold, third party games that target core gamers are still not doing so well on Wii.
For this reason, Grasshopper Manufacture CEO Goichi Suda believes that they need to move to another console if they want No More Heroes to evolve into a major franchise.
“I really want to make NMH a big franchise,” Suda said, “and with this second episode have bigger success. I’m putting a lot of care into developing this IP, as I feel there’s a lot of potential.
“I think this is the last NMH that is going to be developed on Wii,” he added. “To expand NMH to new possibilities, we need a new platform. Wii is a great platform, but we’ve done everything we can with it now.”
So that’s it, the next No More Heroes will probably be coming on the PS3 or the xBox 360 or both, but then again you never know, there’s a lot of speculation that the Wii+ (AKA Wii HD) will be coming out in fall 2010. So you never know, but I think that the next No More Heroes will be multiplatform.
Colin McRae: DiRT 2 June 25, 2009

I know it’s been a fews from E3, but today I watched the trailer again and this game looks amazing. With no word of when Gran Turismo 5 is coming out this is going to be the best game rally driving simulation out there. I was kind of surprised that they’d keep the name even after Colin McRae’s death, but I guess its to pay respects to him and the first game was a really big hit as well. Looks like I might finally have to go out and buy a Logitech G25. The game comes out in September this year on PC, PS3 and Xbox 360. Hit the jump to watch the E3 2009 trailer that was released a few weeks ago.
