WIND Finally to Launch December 11, 2009

Industry Canada announced today that they would overrule the CRTC’s decision to stop WIND Mobile from launching due to some shareholders not being Canadian, and would finally allow them to make their already-delayed launch.
From Industry Canada:
The government has decided to vary Telecom Decision CRTC 2009-678, in which the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) found that Globalive did not meet these COC requirements, so that Globalive can begin operating in Canada without delay.
Basically saying that the CRTC was wrong and Globalive does qualify after all. Fancy that. Government doing something in favour of the little guy (us) over the man (corporations)? Unheard of!

Adidas Originals pays homage to the greatest film series concept ever, Star Wars. Divided into three packs: Character Pack, Vehicle Pack and Direct pack, there is something for everyone and everything. Luke Skywalker, Darth Vader, Yoda, Storm Trooper, AT-AT, Millenium Falcon to name a few are some of the icons represented. This series is going to utilize much of the adidas line up including superstars, nizza, zx runners and the samba. I just love Star Wars, and if you do too, you should click more to see the rest of the collection.

Hahhaha, this is wicked. Having had brief experiences with GPS units, I usually turn off that womans voice. It gets annoying, but this… this I don’t think I’d ever get bored of. Video explanation after the jump.

One of the biggest games for any console or PC this year is of course Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2. Infinity Ward’s sixth addition to the Call of Duty franchise, and second in the ever popular Modern Warfare series. This game has gained a lot of buzz and hype and this……is my review.

As a parting shot, Nine Inch Nails is slowly selling official gear from the band (original guitars, studio equipment, etc.) as they slowly wind down. Most, if not all of the gear are not autographed, but hell, you could own an original NIN guitar!

With the upcoming Prince of Persia: Sands of Time movie from Disney coming out in May of 2010, Ubisoft is going to to bring out the a new Prince of Persia game as well in May as well called Prince of Persia: The Forgotten Sands. Not much has been released about the game. All we know is that it will be cell-shaded, like the previous Prince of Persia, and will feature “fan-favorite elements from the original series,” along with some new innovations. Sounds good right? Let’s hope so.
